Bob the Builder Award: University of Redlands Students

"In 1886, American school children sent pennies to France to help pay for the Statue of Liberty under the Pennies for Liberty campaign. In Redlands, CA students at the University of Redlands have started a project called Quarters for Kenya, collecting more than $35,000 for two orphanages for children who have lost their parents to AIDS. The orphanages are located outside of Nairobi." http://www.quartersforkenya.org/ (for you math nuts: that is 140,000 quarters)
