Now you are going to be surprised with what I am about to tell you. Being raised a good Mormon boy, Matt knows a lot of children's church songs. When our children came along, I figured he would be the one to teach them all those lovely songs.
Oh, it is true he taught them some songs. There are a couple songs that they learned early early on and today I was reminded of one of them.
And I quote:
Fish heads, fish heads, rolly polly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up Yumm!
Fish heads, fish heads, rolly polly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up Yumm!
In the morning, laughing happy fish heads
In the evening, floating in the soup
Fish heads, fish heads, rolly polly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up
Yumm!Ask a fish head anything you want to
They won't answer, they cant talk
Fish heads, fish heads, rolly polly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up Yumm!
I took a fish head out to see a movie,
Didn't have to pay to get it in
Fish heads, fish heads, rolly polly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up Yumm!
They can't play baseball, they don't wear sweaters
They're not good dancers, they don't play drums (sorry Vorpal)
Fish heads, fish heads, rolly polly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up Yumm!
Rolly Polly fish heads are never seen drinking cappuccino inItalian restaurants with Oriental women.
YeeaahhFish heads, fish heads, rolly polly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up Yumm!
you get the idea...and in case the words are not enough:
The video is STUPID, but the song is there to appease your curiousity. Another song they learned early on was "Dead Puppies". Fortunately we didn't see any of those at the Chinese Market today. :)
